It works well. Is the unifying idea that we, us humans, are a diverse lot?
That and multimodality, as engrained in our lives and "invisible" as it is, has made us our own entertainers in many ways, good and bad. Schadenfreude or otherwise.
I'm not sure I like having the responsibility of keeping myself entertained.
